Founded by Ty and Carmen Williams, our company was created with one simple belief at its core: "Take care of people and people will take care of you." That motto is not just something we say. It is how we do business every single day.
While our brokerage has proudly served clients for the past decade, Ty brings over 20 years of real estate experience to every transaction. He has seen markets rise and fall and trends come and go, but one thing has always remained the same. Relationships matter most.
Our company carries special meaning in its name. It was named in honor of Ty's father, a World War II veteran whose strength, integrity, and commitment to serving others continue to inspire everything we do. His legacy reminds us that character counts, hard work matters, and service should always come first.
As a family-owned and operated brokerage, real estate is personal to us. As parents of two boys, Ty and Carmen understand that a home is more than a transaction. It is where families grow, milestones happen, and memories are made. That perspective shapes how we guide every buyer, seller, and investor we work with.
Ty also serves the industry beyond the company as a Texas broker, TREC Instructor, Certified Negotiation Expert, and chair of TREC's Broker Responsibility Advisory Committee.
